The firm producing these cottons is likely to have been Henry Fielding Bros, one of the leading printers of high-class dress fabrics at the time. The four brothers Henry, Benjamin, Joseph and Jeremiah Fielding took on this name for their firm after the previous partnership at Catterall of Watson, Myers, Fielding & Co was dissolved in 1799.
