The bishop wearing his mitre and holding his crozier in his right hand and a book? in his left is seated under a simple rounded arch. Below his feet is a bracket. On either side of the arch are half-length figures of angels with upraised wings. The background is filled with circles and dots. On the back of the silver mount is the repoussé figure of an angel with extended wings.
