Christ is seated under a square canopy in the top centre, he has his right arm raised and before him lies the dish. St John reclines in his lap. Around the table are the twelve apostles, some standing in prayer, those in front seated on benches. On the right hand lower corner is a jug, on the left a monogram 'G.C.' is inscribed on the stone bench. The relief is convex and has cracked vertically.
