The design is for a panel at the front of the screen and features Her Majesty  the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh. It commemorates their role as Royal Founders of the  Chapel. Located at the east end of the Crypt, the chapel became the ‘spiritual home’ of the OBE  in 1960.
