This is the most amusing of all the bicycle posters.  In mood, it is similar to Chéret's 'Benzo-Moteur', with its light-hearted attitude to the difficulties of traffic.  It is a more impressive work than Forain's poster for the Deuxieme Salon de Cycle', five years earlier; but Forain, though he designed several posters, is an artist who always worked best on a small scale.'"},{"reference":{"text":"","id":""},"details":"","free":"Taken from Departmental Circulation Register 1962"}],"production":"","productionType":{"text":"","id":""},"contentDescription":"","contentPlaces":[],"associatedPlaces":[],"contentPerson":[],"associatedPerson":[],"contentOrganisations":[],"associatedOrganisations":[],"contentPeople":[],"associatedPeople":[],"contentEvents":[],"associatedEvents":[],"contentOthers":[{"text":"motorcycles","id":"AAT212789"},{"text":"motorcyclists","id":"AAT258998"},{"text":"geese","id":"x43285"},{"text":"women","id":"AAT25943"}],"contentConcepts":[],"contentLiteraryRefs":[],"galleryLabels":[],"partNumbers":["CIRC.562-1962"],"accessionNumberNum":"562","accessionNumberPrefix":"CIRC","accessionYear":1962,"otherNumbers":[],"copyNumber":"","aspects":["WHOLE"],"assets":[],"recordModificationDate":"2025-04-08","recordCreationDate":"2009-06-30","availableToBook":false}}
