Mantle is double fold, and the two folds sewn together at one corner of the bottom. Ornament confined to one third of length worn on outside. Red bands alternate with dark blue bands embroidered in darn and loop-stitches in zig-zag and diamond motives, and stripes of chevron devices descending from broad black stripe. Woven and embroidered with stitching.
