On the right front skirt are appliqued four horizontal crescents, set between two large reversed arrows of white cloth.  On each shoulder are epaulettes of black Russia braid set with a brass button.  The collar and back are edged with two spaces rows of black Russia braid.  At the waist back are two brass buttons.  The coat is lined with black sateen, the sleeves with grey cotton.
